Rental FAQs
Short answers below — still stuck? WhatsApp is fastest, or call +212 (0) 6 64 86 65 33.
Before you book
What is the minimum driver age? +
Drivers must be at least 21 with a valid licence held for at least 2 years. The exact rule for prestige vehicles is confirmed in your quote.
What documents do I need? +
Passport, your home-country driving licence, and an International Driving Permit if your licence is not in the Latin alphabet. A credit card in the lead renter’s name is required at handover.
How much is the deposit? +
No deposit is required right now. If that changes for a particular vehicle class we confirm the hold amount in your written quote before you pay.
Booking & payment
How do quotes work? +
Pick a car, send your dates and cities, and we reply with a firm MAD rate, mileage band, and handover plan. Nothing is due until you accept.
How do I pay? +
After you accept the quote: bank transfer, card, or cash on collection — whichever we agreed in that email thread.
Can I cancel or move dates? +
Yes, subject to availability. Cancellation and change rules are in the same email as the price so you see any fee before money moves.
Insurance & deposit
What does CDW and theft cover include? +
Your quote describes collision/theft cover for the vehicle. Typical exclusions still apply (tyres, glass, underside, interior damage) — we spell those out in writing.
When is my deposit released? +
No deposit hold is taken right now, so there is nothing to release.
What is the deductible? +
Confirmed in your quote (alongside the insurance tier).
Delivery & pick-up
Which airports and cities do you serve? +
We regularly deliver at Marrakech (RAK), Casablanca (CMN), Tangier, Agadir, Fes, and other cities on request. Airport delivery at RAK and CMN is free; farther afield may carry a transit fee in the quote.
What if my flight is delayed? +
Message or call as soon as you know. We shift the handover window when the desk still allows.
Do you deliver outside Marrakech? +
Yes — Morocco-wide with notice. Name both cities in your request so we quote distance correctly.
During the rental
What is the fuel policy? +
Full-to-full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it with a full tank. Any shortfall is billed at the local pump rate plus a small refuelling fee.
Are mileage limits included? +
Confirmed in your quote. Our standard self-drive package is described on the home page; any cap or unlimited band is repeated in your written quote for that car.
Can I drive to Algeria or Mauritania? +
No — cross-border use outside Morocco is not permitted on Klee rentals.
What if I have an accident? +
Stay safe, call local emergency services if needed, then call us. Do not admit fault; take photos and get third-party details where possible.
Returning the car
What if I return late? +
Late return may incur extra day charges if it blocks the next booking — we flag this in the contract you sign at pick-up.
Should I refill fuel before return? +
Yes — full-to-full is the rule. Fill up just before handover so the tank reads full on our walk-around.
How does the damage inspection work? +
We walk the car together on return, note mileage and condition, then close the file. Disputes are rare because pick-up photos are on file.
